Appointment of Youth & Children’s Intern

Holy Trinity & St Mary’s Church, Guildford (HTSM) is looking to appoint a Youth and Children’s Intern to begin work in September 2025, as part of the National Church of England Ministry Experience Scheme. This programme is also linked the Future Youth Programme. We are seeking a person who is committed to grow in their ability to work with young people and who is enthusiastic about serving God. They will experience all aspects of youth and children’s ministry with which HTSM in involved, within and beyond the church, while having the opportunity to grow in responsibility and leadership. Ministry training with the diocesan First Timers’ programme will be included practical and theological training as well as fellowship with other local interns and youth ministers. This is an opportunity to try things, learn and grow as a Christian person and a minister, and will be supported by an experienced team of clergy and non-ordained leaders.
